Hotel was recently remodeled and looked really nice. Very conveniently located with lots to do in the downtown area. Nice view of the river. Busy weekend there with bands and other events. Check in was easy but was told because of how busy it was that daily room service/cleanup was not available and if towels or such were needed to call the desk. Iโve stayed at a lot of hotels even some that are much cheaper and lower quality than this. First time Iโve ever experienced that and for the cost per night Iโm sure Hilton can do better than that. The breakfast was good and the gym was nice and new. As a business owner myself I understand the struggles to find employees but it seemed to be run by a skeleton crew. All in all enjoyed it and would go back again next time I visit the area they just need to up the game on a couple things.

ACโs leak into rooms on river side. Apparently known issue but wonโt put the drain covers on the outside of the rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly though.

There was some billing issues. You can not speak with the hotel it is impossible. Customer service at hotels.com is horrible. Can not understand them, they speak very poor English. When asked to speak with someone who does speak English they will say they will hang up on you and you will have to call back.

Some good...some questionable
I booked a suite. The hotel rooms are being renovated and they are quite nice. The meals were very good and dining room service was pleasant and professional. However, housekeeping was hit or miss - I stayed for 1 week. Two days housekeeping showed up, made the bed, replaced the towels, wiped down the vanity (lightly). Two days housekeeping only replaced the towels, did not make the bed nor wipe anything down. Two days housekeeping didn't show up at all. I put out tip money everyday. On the days they did a "full service", they took the tip and left a thank-you note (nice touch - I appreciated that). On one of the days when they only replaced the towels, they left the tip. Obviously, on the days when no one showed, the tip was still there. Not sure what to make of this syncopated housekeeping schedule.......??????

Excellent Location and Staff
The front staff, Amy, Hope, Monica and Venus were welcoming, friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was appealing and very delicious, Bre served us daily with a smile. The facility is beautiful, however, housekeeping is lacking. We complained several time during our stay due to uncleanliness and no linen. I would go back because itโs located by the river and the town is lovey. Excellent location if visiting the Creation Museum.

Great location...tons to do
Our room overlooked the river. It seemed like a minor detail in picking the room but we watched the river a lot. Restaurants and bar within walking distance. We also walked sevwral blocka just looking at old or rehabbed architecture. Hotel really clean and quiet. We were a half hour from cincinatti and 20 minutes from the creation museum in kentucky. Only complaint is its not a smart tv. During our downtime we would have enjoyed a movie or connecting to iur own platforms. Instead the only optiin was renting a movie for 22 to 29 dollars.

This is a beautiful hotel. The view of the river and the restaurant was wonderful. Laurenceburg is an awesome little town. The downside about the hotel is the TV channels come in and go out every few minutes. We were unable to watch TV the whole time we were there. Also, the water never got hot. We could only take barely warm showers. The beds were ok but nothing special. Overall we liked the hotel but the TV problem and the hot water issues need to be addressed.

This was our third time staying at this hotel. It was overall ok but not nearly as nice as the first two stays. Each year I travel here with my handicap father and my daughter and her husband. This year just seemed to be a series of mishaps. We reserved 2 handicap accessible rooms with river view many months in advance. Just before we arrived we received a phone call from the front desk asking if we needed both rooms to be handicap accessible. Our stay was frustrating and disheartening. There was no refrigerator and the hotel wanted an extra $10 to put one in our room. We had brought left overs from our family memorial service we had just come from. They put us in a handicap room and did not offer use of the luggage carriers. The parking garage was across the street and the hotel was 2 flights of stairs just to get to the front desk. They put us on the 7th floor. We asked for the luggage carriers and were shown where they were, but they were not offered to us to use. The front staff was sarcastic as we expressed our needs. The walk in shower had a small edge that allowed water to flow out of the shower onto the bathroom floor. We had to lay down bath towels on the floor to keep the water from spreading everywhere. There were three bottles in the shower with shampoo, conditioner and another empty shampoo bottle and no soap bottles. The only redeeming part was the pillows and the bed being comfortable.

Staff at check-in were fantastic. They went out of their way to help. Hotel is super clean and right on the riverfront.
