Great Night Crew, Rough Morning Experience
The Hyatt stay was… fine. The continental breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about, and the coffee matched that energy. The real stars were the night shift staff — friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The morning crew could take a few notes from them.
Big downside: safety and parking. The area didn’t feel particularly secure at night, and there’s absolutely nowhere to park unless you go with valet (and yes, we tried looking).
The room itself was serviceable but dated — the sofa bed had definitely seen better decades, and cleanliness wasn’t its strong suit. The bathroom and fixtures could use some attention; rust on hangers and in the shower isn’t a great look.
All in all, decent service (depending on the shift), okay comfort, but too many small issues to overlook. Would I stay again? Maybe — if the night crew ran the whole show.
