location was good, easy walking distance to town and river front. Room was comfortable and had everything we required for a 1 night stay, but is a little dated. Parking bays were allocated and clearly numbered but someone else nicked our spot and we therefore had to do the same

Amazing spacious room with big ensuite and modern interior. Greeted with bottled water and snacks, which the kids loved. Close walk to the river and local pubs, restaurants and stores. Super quiet and peaceful stay with a lovely hot shower. Definitely would stay again, two thumbs up

The Mannum Motel is a decent place to stay in Mannum. It is within walking distance of the main street. The room was of a good standard for a motel. We would stay there again. Thank you.

If I was to be picky I would say a little bit dated and some noise from a car starting and stopping outside our door all night but not the hotels fault and staff were very friendly, shower hot and bed comfy so very happy overall
