The overall stay was very good. The breakfast was lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful. But the bed was so uncomfortable. The pillows are small. The cleanliness of the room is spotless. The shower was powerful.

The staff was quite good,the room spotless the bed very comfortable and a 50 inch or more TV .The hotel is next to St Paul's tram station assemble from New Street train station follow signs to Metro ,walk left out of hotel past garage you will see Tesco Extra across the road bigger food store .

Over visiting our son who is working in Birmingham. What a Lovely Hotel the staff, rooms and value for money is brilliant. Would definitely recommend. Only a 15 minute walk into city centre which was great getting in our steps everyday

I found the bed uncomfortable and there was a constant noise in the room when trying to sleep coming from outside (not other guests - it sounded like a constant knocking noise from outside)
