There were two big flies in the hotel room. I told the front desk, but they said "ok" and did nothing, so I tried to catch them. It was the first time I've ever had flies in a hotel. And I don't like the attitude of the staff either. I don't want to use it again.I have all the photos of fly and the ones I took. Should I attach them?? And they said they would send me a receipt online, but that was a lie. Why didn't they send me the hotel receipt?

Room trigger allergyโs for both my wife and myself. Tried to move, but no other rooms like ours available. We turned off the air conditioner in bedroom and got some relief. They pretty much said that had we booked through them, they could have done something, but since room was paid for through Expedia, I couldnโt get a refund from hotel and check out. If I checked out I would have to try and get refund through Expedia, so we made the best of it.

Will book again
We were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was and it had a full kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Great channel selection on TV.
