Outdated hotel. During our stay there were a lot of Thai tourist in the hotel. Our son had an amazing time with the other children in the pool. The room itself was oke, bedding was oke and breakfast was oke. It was value for money.

First impressions are everything , entrance amazing , reception staff nice and freiendly , very helpful . Only issue no tea making facilities and bathroom shower head, taps etc could either be cleaned better or change for new abit dated perhaps

Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder auf der Buch Seite waren wahrscheinlich von der Eröffnung. Das Bad ist komplett verschimmelt und das Zimmer komplett dreckig und staubig, es stinkt richtig modrig im Zimmer und der Pool ist etwas dreckig. Es gibt keinen Spabereich mehr. Dieser wurde abgeschalten und die duschen sind halt abfallen an der Poolanlage. Das Frühstück besteht lediglich aus Toast mit Marmelade. Leider werde ich diese Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen, da es stark renovierungsbedürftig ist.

Es gab zwei Pools der eine war drin und sah mir mehr aus wie ein Entendeich .Der drausen war gut es gab nur keine Sonnenschirm. Es ist eben ein tübiges durchgangs hotel nicht länger als drei Tage weil das Frühstück immer das gleiche war .Sura Thani ist finde ich sowieso nicht eine Stadt wo man urlaub macht .Es ist keine gute Infrastruktur

Ok for short stay

We stayed one night because we were flying out of Surat Thani airport early the next morning. The hotel is located on a busy highway, 30 minutes from the airport. Decent open-air seafood restaurant across the parking lot. Beautiful swimming pool but we couldnt swim because it was full of teenage boys from a sports team. Very noisy but they left around 6pm. Couldnt even sit by the pool because there were so many tourists smoking cigarettes. Free wifi, but weak signal. The Thai breakfast was excellent. Western breakfast looked ok.

Don’t stay here longer then 1-2 days

Stayed there 2 days to relax, big hotel with 1 main pool who was located in the middle of the building with connections to the rooms. Kinda dirty pool with much leafs and dust. 2 groups of schoolkids was playing there and screamed, total of 15 kids so was hard to get access to pool. 2 restaurants outside with okey thaifood and drinks.

This place is beautiful it has 2 pools and is centrally located walking distance to shops a dining cheaper or restaurants style stayed on the way to phukhet. The staff were so helpful my husband became sick and the staff helped organise a car to thr hospital.

Deze keer was de kamer en badkamer vies deze is denk niet schoon gemaakt na de vorige gasten, het bed was gelukkig wel schoon maar de kraan zat onder de tandpasta de spiegel onder de sputters en het nachtkastje lag vol stof en haar van de vorige gasten ( tenminste dat denk ik) De badkamer zag er sowieso niet echt netjes uit !
