The Experience From Hell
I worked in the front desk to check in and I was told that a $50 fee must be hold on my card. There payment system will not accept my card and as a result I was told that I will not be able to get my room keys as a result.
At this point I already booked my hotel through Hotels.Com. Called my bank and they confirmed that thereโs enough money on the card to covered the $50 hold fee. Called Hotel.Com and I was told by the agent that I have to wait until Monday to resolve the issue. I have no where to go to spend the night. An hour goes by sitting there thinking what to do next. I was ready to leave and then Bailee, the Front Desk Agent asked me to try and insert the card again to see if it would work this time. I guess she configured the computer. Suddenly, the payment when through after an hour plus. It was all out a very bad service and experience.

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was nice with glass shower. Big nice comfy bed. Microwave and mini fridge.
Nice pool. Nice smoking area and areas to sit at and relax.
Hot breakfast for additional cost. Not that great. Sausage was very dry. French toast and fresh fruit was good.
Inside lounge.
Staff was professional and courteous.
Price was good.

The stay was pleasant the only thing I wish they would have done was go and clean the room while we werenโt there. We did not have a chance to try the food but good deal breakfast buffet for 12.99 . Good location very near the expressway and places we had to go to. Will recommend and definitely stay again

Pool out of order, room did not had RC for AC and had to wait for them to bring one, on this app was offer continental breakfast and upon arriving was told that was an extra charge, got locked out because battery to open door was dead and couldnโt get to my room

DIRTY/nothing worked
They very obviously do not clean the rooms. The coffee maker looks like it has NEVER been cleaned. There was debris on the floor from the wall chipping, and when I looked down at it, I noticed a beer cap! Room was obviously not vacuumed at all. The pool was closed in mid July, no ice machines worked, and the mini fridge didn't work. I checked out 3 hours after checking in, Hotel denied my refund, told by the front desk lady that "well it's not like I clean the rooms", and we checked into the Resident Inn down the road. They were MUCH better.

Rate a two star overall.
Tub faucet was very looseโฆno free breakfast hot or continentalโฆdirty walls and outletsโฆodor in room. Never will stay at this hotel again. Will be sharing experience on social media. Do better please.
