It was a v bad exp. Booked thru expedia n hotel was rigid on kids entry. Even not ready to cancel the room. Tea served on breakfast was in broken cup.... smelly restaurant.

I will think to book through Expedia .
Prior to my last booking with expedia , I have respect for Expedia but not now.i book this hotel because its available in expedia , Hotel Stall specially desk people are not co-operative, rooms are so small , no laundry pick , breakfast is not good.

Horrible
Stay away from this hotel. One of the worst I have seen and I have stayed in plenty around the world. They denied me a room on the basis of some made up rules for an existing, paid reservation. This was a reservation 2 days after a death in the family. Talked to the manager. Begged. Did not matter. I wish this hotel on no one. I will be asking hotels.com for a refund and more.
