Great option, helpful reception, very spacious rooms, right next to the metro station. No on site breakfast but there is a local cafe the other side of the park it faces on to open day and night that is very inexpensive.

Great location, comes as advertised

We had a great time staying in this geust house. The reception didn't speak very good English but they were kind and we got by. We were not able to use the laundry that had been advertised on the site, this is the main reason we did not give 5 stars. The price was fair and the room was small but cozy. The bathroom is very small but still served our needs just fine. The building is gorgeous. We recommend this place for travellers trying to save some money but who still want great hospitality and a clean place!

El personal fue muy amable, la mala valoración viene porque al acostarme en la cama me hundía, la almohada bastante mala, se escuchaban hasta las pisadas de al lado, el lavabo del baño era tan pequeño que no había ni donde poner el neceser y no se que pasó el último día que me tocó ducharme con agua fría

Bagno da rivedere

Stanza piccola senza armadio, una griglia per una valigia. Bagno ricavato nella stanza, lavandino piccolissimo e seduta water scomodissima, impossibile da usare per adulti (troppo vicino al cristallo della doccia) Posizione comoda con Metro a pochi passi. No ascensore, scale ripide. Balconcino con affaccio sulla piazza ma stanza silenziosa

La struttura in sè è molto bella e la posizione rispetto alla metropolitana perfetta. Purtroppo però la camera aveva una grossa pecca: il bagno non era usufruibile da persone adulte. La distanza tra la toilette e la doccia non era sufficiente per farci stare le ginocchia. Bisognava stare seduti di traverso. Inoltre il lavandino era davvero basso, tanto da doversi piegare di 90 gradi. La porta della stanza non chiudeva bene la luce del corridoio (accesa tutta la notte). Nel complesso, per una breve visita della città questa struttura può essere una soluzione, ma alcune cose andrebbero sicuramente riviste e sistemate.

Correct pour un court sejour

Point positif: propre, très bien placé à côté du métro, personnel souriant et qui répond rapidement Point négatif: chambre petite avec peu de rangement, qui va bien pour un sejour de 2 jours mais pas plus. idem pour la salle de bain avec aucun endroit pour poser sa trousse de toilette, plus un cache au niveau du sol pour cacher les eaux usées donc des remontés d'odeurs. Certaine chambre sont apparement plus grande , côté interieur et avec balcon si vous avez de la chance. Escalier assez raide , attention avec les valises. Chambre côté rue, très bruyant et de manière générale mauvaise isolation. Oreiller à changer. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas pas possible sur place, c'est bien noté dans la description mais dommage. Ok pour le prix pour un séjour court

Bien situé en dehors du flux touristique et avec tous les transports à proximité Petite chambre avec une salle de bain pas du tout fonctionnelle Le toilette est en face de la paroi de douche et impossible de se positionner de façade droite Et le lavabo est un lavabo d’enfant Très bas Et aucune possibilité de mettre nos affaires de toilette Dans la chambre pas de rangement

Boa opção para hospedagem Turistica no Porto

Numa bela praça ( Marques ) defronte a estação Metro e pontos de onibus , acesso facil a região turistica , com mercado , pastelarias e restaurantes de bairro nas proximidades, fica este Residencial , familiar e sob a supervisao permanente do casal proprietario. Boa opção no Porto. Aos com limitação fisica fica a informação de escadas num predio de 3 andares. Me hospedaria novamente nesta acomodação pela boa relação custo-beneficio.

Hotel correct. Très bon emplacement au pied du métro. Un peu bruyant côté rue mais bonne isolation des fenêtres mais peu d'isolation entre les chambres. Reseau wifi tres moyen, comme la qualité de la TV, peu de prises de courant. Point positif : un frigo dans la chambre Bon rapport qualités/prix.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Very clean rooms. Comfortable bed. You can hear next room's guests and street noise so get ear plugs if you're light sleeper :-) Metro nearby which is great for transportation. Only downfall for me was that there is no tarrace for general use. Good place.

Pra quê escadas, cadê o elevador?

A estadia no Residencial do Marquês teria sido muito boa, não fossem os três lances de escadas que para minha idade foram muito cansativos e não constam da descrição do hotel. Após um dia de andanças, chegar e ainda ter de subir três andares de escadas, realmente foi muito cansativo. Se não fosse por isso recomendaria o hotel, pois somos bem recebidos, tem boa localização, estação de metrô na porta, ponto de táxi em frente, ônibus, padarias e restaurantes na praça. A sua frente tem uma simpática pracinha e ao lado a igreja católica, linda de Nossa Senhora da Conceição. Mas, as escadas estragaram tudo pra mim!
