Looks like its on the water when it has a vacant lot behind them. No beach access. Our first room had alot of mold on the ceilings. Also its not in a tourist area. We we were disappointed.

Check in was quick. The bottle of wine amenity was not given at check in, I had to ask for it later on, staff could not find the amenity on the reservation details. They ended up giving the wine after I showed them the details on my reservation.

I don´t feel people staffing this hotel are wanting to serve clients. I had problems with the front desk person who answered my questions like wanting me not to ask more. I also felt dissapointed as I was leaving the hotel early in the morning to the airport, the food was already served in the buffet area, but I could not grave anything, not even milk, because opening hour was at 7:00am. It was 6:51am!!! The lady was more worried that there where cameras surveiling than letting us grab some milk. VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!

Room 209 was a terrible experience. The shower leaks, and water actually started seeping up through the floor. To make matters worse, we found a poodle in the room when we arrived. We informed the front desk, and a manager came to inspect the water, asking if we had spilled anything ourselves, clearly not the case. The room was dirty, smelled of mold, and the furniture was falling apart. They also overcharged my credit card $167 instead of the $107 I had paid through Expedia. Although they did issue a refund after I pointed it out, it felt dishonest and makes me wonder how often this happens. If you’re paying at the hotel, double-check your charges. I can’t recommend this place, and I truly don’t understand how it qualifies as a 3-star hotel.
