The hotel is very close to Sannomiya Station, so it is very convenient to get around. There are lots of excellent restaurants nearby as well.

Everything was great ,staffs were very accommodating and friendly. Sannomiya is just under construction’s so the ways just a bit chaotic, overall the hotel is really with the exception of wifi that is very slow

The location of the property is very good - walking distance to shopping, trains, the Port precinct and tourist attractions. Staff very attentive and room and amenities excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay.

Difficult to find as it is hidden at the moment behind a construction site. Parking will set you back just under 2000 yen for a day. Hotel is big with a good breakfast, good beds, but typical Japanese small rooms. It is a bit outdated which you notice in the room when you look carefully. Although at first glance everything is ok. Window cannot be opened. Shower is good.

It's good hotel for staying in Sannomiya, Kobe. The only thing I'm not happy about is the poor quality of the internet - there are multiple Wifi options to choose from, but none of them worked.

Entire road in front of hotel was being dug up. being a very inconvenient walk from the station . The only way to access hotel was through Lawson store which they don't allow u to walk through. Overall ...close to station but very hard to get access with nearby construction

Excellent location close to Sannomiya station .. limo bus from Itami airport stops nearby.. one stop on underground to Shin -Kobe Shinkansen station too. Lawson convenience store is next to hotel aeon supermarket very close as well. No gym but the other facilities you expect. Good room size for mainland Japan. Would stay again.

괜찮은 가성비 숙소

산노미야역 공사로 인해 동선이 굉장히 이상한 것이 단점이지만, 호텔 잘못이 아니므로 패스. 연식 대비 잘 관리되어 있어서 쾌적하고 방도 깨끗하고 좋음. 조식도 기대만큼은 아니지만 괜찮았음. 산노미야역도 가깝고 다이에가 바로 붙어있어서 편리함
