Great location, on main walking street, easy excess to tram system. A little hard to find, you need to walk into any alcove and the signage is hard to see, but once you find it nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great restaurant across the way Cafe Cathedral.

We stayed for one night in a standard room which was small but comfortable. Breakfast was very busy due to the large number of business guests staying, but breakfast was otherwise fine. Great central location with easy check in/check out. Only downside was the luggage room was away from the reception desk and felt slightly insecure to leave bags in (although we had no trouble in the end).

Great location, walking distance to many attractions, but loud at night on the weekends . The basics rooms are so small you have no room to expand your language. The upgrade rooms are a good size. Ideal location. Solid hotel. Some awkwardness.

Friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Stayed three different days during our trip. Mostly for familiarity and ideal location. Only issue was last day. Signs everywhere say check out is at noon. However, at 11, your key card is turned off. Almost lost our stuff! Also, one of the staff walked in on us changing to “change a battery” and did not want to leave even though we said she could not come in. Made for a very awkward moment.

Central, compact no amenities

This is a great hotel located centrally and cheap in comparison to other hotels in Oslo. We booked a compact room but when you look at photos it appears to be signage over the bed and a more room. We stayed in a room with a wood beam over the bed on one side so I actually couldn’t sit up in bed and had to crouch down to get in to bed. There is also no amenities - no fridge, kettle, nothing. Housekeeping only attend on request. It’s a cheaper hotel in Oslo, staff are lovely and centrally located but for a little bit extra you can get a lot more comfort.

VERY POOR SHOW

It is the first time for me, who has travelled for over 30 years, to stay in a hotel room that did not have a phone to connect with the front desk. For any requirement or information, we needed to go down to the ground floor. There were hardly any amenities except for towels and toilet paper, and liquid soap. Could not connect our devices to the TV. The beds were not comfortable, and the family room we stayed in was extremely congested. Not enough room to store luggage to hand our clothes. The buffet breakfast that was offered as part of the stay was the only plus I can say about this hotel. I WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN

Sentralt, rimelig og funksjonelt.

Meget sentral beliggenhet. God frokost. Vi hadde litt problemer med servicen i resepsjonen. Ellers var det veldig bra. Vi fikk ikke superior rom som avbildet. Og ett av rommene fikk vi en halvtime for sent. 15:30. Ingen beklagelser eller kompensasjon, bare litt krasse beskjeder om at vi måtte finne oss i dette når vi sa ifra.
