There was visible mold in the bathroom, especially around the sink area, which was concerning. Additionally, the walkway leading into the room was very dark, making it feel unsafe. The glass door to the balcony did not have a lock and remained slightly open, which made us feel uncomfortable leaving our belongings in the room or sleeping there overnight.
Another issue was the check-out experience. The host initially agreed to a one-hour late check-out but later changed his mind, creating an uncomfortable and awkward situation. This lack of honesty and flexibility added to an already disappointing stay.

It isn't really a hotel, more of a homestay in an apartment in a residential complex. You need to find your way to level 4 of the East tower to check in and get your keys.
The room was clean and modern, but only provided disposable towels. No coffee provided. The view from the balcony was pretty decent. The complex itself was quite run down. It's in an interesting area, right on the river, near the Raffles complex.
