My flight was cancelled and I was easily able to book a room at the last minute. This was my 3rd stay during this particular trip. In my opinion, if you can afford it, it's the best option for a long layover at the airport in Mexico city.

Waisted time !

The hotel itself is very nice, and the food at the Italian restaurant was truly top-notch. However, I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience. Despite having a confirmed reservation and showing it to the concierge, I had to wait two and a half hours to get my room. I had specifically booked it because I had a nine-hour layover, but due to the delay and needing to leave for an international flight 2.5 hours before departure, I barely got to use the room at all. The front desk staff was unhelpful and disorganized, which made the situation even more frustrating. It's unfortunate because while the accommodations and dining were excellent, the service left a lot to be desired.

The housekeeping and maintenance staff are absolutely the best! I stopped a member of the housekeeping staff in the hallway to ask for some assistance with the climate control in my room. Within 5 minutes there was a maintenance employee at my door with a heater for me. The lobby check in is a bit snobby. But overall everyone was professional and efficient. The facilities need some updating. One electrical outlet in my room wasn't fully attached to the wall and the minibar frig didn't really chill anything.

It was ridiculous they we arrived n about noon but were told we could not check in until 3pm. So I understand you cannot have your room assigned until 3pm but why not let us check in so we could go into the city and come back later In the day. We would have loved to explore Mexico City for part of the day but the hotel would not hold our bags etc. Their check-in policy is very odd. Oh and when we did come back at the “allowed “ hour of 3 pm there was a long line of about 25 guests!!! So ridiculous…. Ok everyone.. come back at 3 and stand in line!!
