Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to stay for the time being. This was a major inconvenience to my trip. DO NOT BOOK THIS ITS A SCAM.

check in was via a local agent who could only get contacted once hotels.com helpline was asked to help
overall check in took 1.5h not acceptable

Never received check in information. When I called to ask for it day of arrival I was told they didnโt have me on their list and better luck elsewhere. They still charged me and said hotels.com customer support just kept repeating โ unfortunately the host confirmed you checked in so we canโt refund youโ like a broken record. Will be disputing this charge with the bank, looking online Iโm not the only one whoโs had this sort of experience with this site.
