It was pretty good for the cost. I would likely stay again. The room was clean, except I did notice soap scum stains in the bottom of the shower. I wished we had a bathtub. The room was spacious. The bed was comfy. They let us check in a few mins early and gave us late check out. The staff was really pleasant! We went down to the lobby for snacks a couple times. Overall, a great stay!

Nightmare Stay
We were woken up by deafening fire alarm shortly after midnight due to a microwave fire on 3rd floor. The response was beyond unacceptable. The entire hotel was unsure if this was a false alarm or if there was truly a fire. The entire hotel evacuated into the rain for close to 2 hours and we lost 4 hours of sleep. The only info we got was from the Fire Marshall. The front desk clerk was in over her head and provided no help. At checkout the next day, it would have been hard for the staff to act like they cared less. No manager to apologize. No remedy of the situation. No offer to make it better. Genuinely shocking how poor it was handled. The guests checking out in front of us received the same cold treatment and judging from other reviews coming in, everyone got the same frustration. Iโve stayed here several times. Hotel was my go to spot when coming in for a Phillies game last several years. Canโt see myself staying again due to how little this place cares about their guests. Would really appreciate a manager reaching out, but Iโm sure that wonโt happen due to how awful theyโve handled this whole situation. Will be contacting corporate to see if Marriott policy is to treat guests horribly and ignore them when they lose half a nights sleep and to let them know how horribly run this location is.

Total stay.
We were early for check in and they said it would be a minute. We had 3 kids with us so we unloaded the car and waited (2-1/2hours) while I saw other people checking in, I went and ask 3 times and they replied in a minute. The last clerk I talked to said we are waiting for a walk in showers for you. I said I donโt recall asking for that and if that is the problem we donโt need one. No one said that was the issue. I donโt recall asking for that. If they would have just communicated that in the first place I would not have been so upset.
That night we went down to get snacks, we stood there at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us, 2 clerks were waiting on a couple with problems with check in. Well one could have excused themselves for a minute and just write our stuff down, well we ends up putting the stuff back and going elsewhere.
Went down to bar for a drink after a long day, kids went to pool, there was no wine available and the pool was a little cloudy.
I always stay at sleep inn and suites and have never encounters this type of service. I canโt tell you how disappointed I was.
