The entire facility was worn and dated including the lobby. The lobby was , however, the bright spot. When we exited the elevator the carpet was torn. There was an odor in the building. In our room the odor, much like body odor, was much stronger. We were in the room 5-10 minutes and decided that we were not going to stay there, so we grabbed our things returned to the front desk and asked to cancel our stay. we were denied a refund, at least to this point 3 days later . I will never stay at a Sleep Inn again It is a very low level hotel. I am very surprised that Hotels.com has this place rated at 8.8?
