All the staff was nice. Walkable to shopping, eating & parks. Good breakfast and they have a laundry room. Pool is big and well kept. If you need a hair dryer, just ask the front desk. Clean linen and comfy pillows. But definitely needs updated towels.

You get what you pay for. The hotel is old and it doesn’t seem like they care to invest in new sheets, new showers, etc. Aside from that the hotel was perfectly placed, just a few minutes walking from the centro. The staff was awesome as well. I would stay here again just for their service.

The neighbourhood is TERRIBLE. I thought the neighbourhood near the cathedral was the best and the most interesting in Latin America. Not so in Mérida. Just comparing to Oaxaca... Not the hotel s fault, obviously.... Otherwise, excellent service, friendly staff, very clean.

The hotel needs an urgent update, the bed sheets, towels provided are old and falling apart. The washer and dryer do not always work, you pay for it and they don’t reimburse the money when they break down. What makes worth the stay is the people who works there, they are underpay but always willing to help and greet you with a smile.

La alberca está en mantenimiento pero no te avisan. Te dan chance de usar la de otro hotel pero hay que caminar bajo el calorón o pagar taxi. El desayuno es una broma. La gente que trabaja ahi no es del todo amable y finalmente me robaron unos tenis. El teléfono jamás lo contestan. Nunca volvería.
