Stay for three night and no room cleaning service at all, we have to go to front desk ask for clean towels everyday and when we asking why thereโs no cleaning service, the front desk staff say โdid you request one?โ We are very surprised, never heard that you have to go to the front desk every morning if you require room to be clean up, I donโt mind they didnโt make up the bed , but at least give us towels and empty the garbage, we never have any problem with this brand of hotels. Last day when we check out we asked for receipts, the front desk refuse to give us one and said we are booking from hotels.com, so we should ask them for receipts, then my husband said we still need to pay parking, then he is willing to print it out with all of our room charge from our credit card, we didnโt pay anything through hotels.com, so we should have a receipt with the hotel, we feel this hotel is very dishonest especially front desk people, will avoid this brand from now on, Iโm not sure if we need to request cleaning service everyday, whatโs the tag in the room for , what a joke
