Beautiful hotel, rooms are fabulous, I had a suite which was spacious with everything I needed. Pool and gym were great and easy walking distance to Bethnal green station. Only thing that could be improved was breakfast; choice was limited and not the best produce.

Large, quiet rooms in classy hotel.

The hotel is very nice, and clean and the room was especially quiet (no A/C noise) and very large. A separate living room/kitchen area and then the bedroom. Very high ceiling and cozy furniture made it very relaxing. There was a slight issue with the sink draining, but they fixed it quickly. The gym, like most in the UK, was small, but it was clean and had modern equipment. I would definitely stay here again if I could.

After the first night, it was very nice. It is not a 5-star hotel, at least as rated in the US, but it's probably a 3-4 star, and more affordable as it's out a bit from the main part of the city. When we first arrived, we received an inferior room, nothing like what had been advertised. We were told the room would be cleaned and available soon - we waited. And waited. And were exhausted so stayed in the (quite) inferior room one night. And then had to move the next day. If you stay here, make sure you get the room you reserved. The restaurant is very very good.

The old Town Hall restyled into an interesting and comfortable hotel with a stylish vintage feel. Rooms with small well equipped kitchens make this place great for longer stays. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms spacious although the deep and narrow tub can be a little tricky. Quiet and out of the way yet walking distance to the central line, Broadway market, interesting restaurants and cocktail bars.

Dependable hotel in a vibrant part of the city

This is my 8 that’s at this hotel. Can I say more? It’s the old Bethnal green town hall converted 15 years ago to an upscale hotel. We always go for the 1 bedroom suite. It’s about the same price as a chain hotel elsewhere. They’ve saved the old building fixtures Very friendly staff with good tube service. Uber to Liverpool street you're on elizabeth line to Heathrow. No stairs. Great restaurants around museum. VandA kids museum. Parks. Michelin starred restaurant as the anchor. Great hotel.
