The location of the hotel is excellent at the heart of the pier restaurant district of North Vancouver. Our room was clean and well looked after and all the staff was friendly and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was tasty and good value. The spa and pool area was good but in need of refreshment.

Really solid hotel

Great hotel, parking was easily accessible, albeit expensive. Room was clean and comfortable. There was a window to the bathroom that didn't block light even with the blinds shut, so you can't turn the light on to use the bathroom at night without illuminating the room. But it was still a lovely stay.

The overall stay was great. Very weird that there’s a window from the shower to the bedroom area. For a room with two beds, it was extra strange. I was travelling with my son. The blinds were good, but it was still odd. The view was gorgeous. The restaurant was decent.
