We stayed 4 nights because of visit to Astrid Lindgrens Värld. And overall conclusion that it is a nice hotel, but we do not understand how it has 4 staff, and you do not get value for money.
One of us is in a wheel chair, so it is important with handicap friendly room.
Unfortunately the promised bath chair was not available the first night. Staff tried to help, but still not ok as we had written in advance and underlined the need. Furthermore the room was not so well for wheel chair due to a small hallway in the room. And it is placed right next to the common area so a lot of noise from people talking during the evening.
The rooms were not too clean, and it was not clear on how to arrange cleaning.
Breakfast was nice.
The hotel is not well isolated so there was a lot of noise from the other rooms.
What is good about the hotel is that there is a nice common area, and it is possible to store food in freezer and fridge.
When in car the location is ok when visiting Astrid Lindgrens Värld and her fb
Staff is friendly and helpful, but we’re puzzled how the hotel has obtained 4 stars.
