Bed was extremely uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness just didn't seem where it should be I felt like my feet were always dirty walking around the room staff was a nice check in was great locations great That's about it though

The only negative is that the shower water wasn't hot, it was lukewarm at best. Otherwise they stay would have perfect.

The rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff seemed to be attentive and friendly. Ice machine worked well and there were plenty options to eat in the area. Very reasonable price compared to other hotels I was looking at. I'll be back definitely!

We lasted there about 30 minutes, didn’t even get the cart of our belongings unloaded. Room wasn’t labeled, which I feel could delay an emergency if one were to occur, broken bathroom door handle, light stains on the bathroom towels, a partial used toilet paper roll, and to top it off- a pill of some sort found in the dresser drawer. I had my two young children on this trip, in which this could have ended very badly. Checked in late so by the time we found a different place to stay, we settled in with our kids it was pushing midnight. NEVER will I book through this service since the reviews seem to be inaccurate and NEVER will I book with American Best Value Inn.

The room was clean, but the comforter had seen better days. After settling into the room, I went to turn on the lamp to do some hand work. I noticed that there was no light bulb! Went to the desk to ask for one and he said I don't have any. The Maintenace person will be in at 9am Saturday and will fix it. Got back Sat. nit and no bulb! Went to the desk and asked same guy I need a light bulb. He said sheepishly the Maintenace guy doesn't work on Sat. He then went to another room to get one!

Nice, clean and comfortable. We came in late after a Brewers game. It was disappointing that the continental breakfast ended at 9 a.m.

It was a bit hard to sleep with a very loud family next to us. They also had the tv on all night. And, when we came in we were getting hit on. The second night was much better.

Not bad, but needs improvement

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, there were no towels in the room upon my check-in and I had to request them at the front desk. Also, my room was a suite, but the only available trash can was a tiny one in the bathroom. The light fixture above the kitchenette sink was missing its bulb. Luckily I was able to do my food prep at the desk, which had its own lamp and plenty of light.
