I do NOT recommend this hotel if you value customer service. The front staff are rude and inconsiderate. And just to top it off, so is the management. We booked a room for my birthday and had no idea that there was a huge pool party. I was not interested in a pool party with a โcrunkโ music style. They closed both pools at 2pm. My husband called to inquire about early check-in because we wanted a full day at the pool and they said no problem. If your room isnโt ready, enjoy the pool and check your bags with our valet. No mention of an early closure of the pool. On my clear disappointment at check-in, we got no sympathy. Zero. None. She tried to guilt me about going to a 3rd party site for booking. They booked us a room overlooking the pool so we had crunk music blaring so loud until 11:30 that we had the TV on at almost full volume. We asked a manger to call us so we could vent but she didnโt care either and tried to make us feel guilty for using Hotels.com. I find it so difficult to think that 1.) the hotel couldnโt message guests with bookings that evening to let them know, 2.) have some empathy for us seniors who donโt want that atmosphere, and 3.) have some pride of customer service to acknowledge our complaints and help us think they care. I will never go back there. The room was dirty, the TV unplugged so we thought it was broke, the toiletries werenโt stocked, one of two power cords was shut off so my husbandโs phone didnโt charge, and they werenโt friendly.
