Customer service/booking is useless and not service minded. And they give conflicting information depending on who you speak to.

When we checked in there were two very nice receptionists. But the following day, we asked for help with the tv and the two female receptionists working were very condescending in their answers and were overall not nice, looking at each other with weirded out looks when we asked for help. Should not work in service. There was a silverfish in our breakfast. Hair in the shower drain. Garbage bags in the hallway. Beds were comfy.
