Excellent Design,great comfort but limited service

We loved the design of the hotel (and even asked for the contact of the designer) and loved the mattress we slept on (probably the best mattress we ever tried), however we did not appreciate the lack of services in the hotel. There is no restaurant to eat at night and the bar seems to be always unattended. Overall it was very good but it would be great if you can add a more humanly touch to it !

- No fridge and there is only small table in the room not enough to put our things - No phone in the room need to go to reception to report our bathroom door not able to slide well and we were not able to change our room as the staff told my friend hotel fully booked but she only pretended to look at the computer screen as there was mirror behind her - room quite small need to sit on floor to eat food - room slipper the reception asked us to go to sauna room and take ourselves

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was amazing from the sauna to the vintage turntable and records. The breakfast was amazing offering anything we could wish for. We also loved the bar/lounge with the sweetest bartender. It was a lovely way to end an evening!
