The room was ok, clean but a bit worn. Shower lever came off (husband put it back on). The worst problem was no place to hang clothes longer than a men's suit. We were in town for a wedding and I had three dresses which had to be hung in the bathroom which presented other problems for using the bathroom, moisture etc. I asked the front desk for help and could i have a rolling luggage cart. They said guests could not keep cart in the room and suggested I lay dresses on the bed. Not a good solution. When I complained via text and they realized I was seriously unhappy, they offered to let me hang dresses in the hotel laundry room. No way I was going to risk something happening to them. Area around hotel is sketch, police at Hotel 6 Nextdoor. Hotels.com had high ratings which is why I booked. I would give a much lower rating

Service was great and employees friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, had several options. The hotel itself was dated but clean. The only problem I had was the air conditioning did not work on one side of room. One side was nice and cool (where sofa bed was located), but where the two Queen beds were located, it was hot. The unit put out warmish air. We spent all day at Niagara Falls on 90 degree day and was expecting to have a nice cool room to come back to but it was hot. I’m guessing that at some point the air turned off on the good side per the hotel (not by me!) so it was 79 degrees in room when we got back. It was awful. Turned the good side down to 66 which got nice and cool but the other side only went down to 74 degrees. Was not pleasant. Told front desk after first night and was told someone would look at it but I don’t think they did. We were gone all day so it’s hard to say but never heard a peep about it

I booked a double bed room with Sofa for family of 5 and it was great fit for our requirement. We had 2 separate rooms with individual TVs which was great add on. Hotel is clean, staff is polite and check in was super quick. They even honored some of my special request, making my stay even better. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the breakfast and menu. Space is very limited for the crowd it hosts. Menu was same all days with very limited items. Not many healthy options to start the day.

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable after a long day traveling. However, the shower could have been designed better. Although it had a rain shower it took awhile to figure out how it worked.

Fair, decently renovated, but building is aged and it shows with several issues. The HVAC would turn off and on all night with no option on thermostat to run fan continuously that is provided by other hotels. This kept my family up, as were light sleepers. Secondly, the room had a nightlight on the switch which faced directly towards the beds. This nightlight could not be turned off and was a nuisance that prevented a dark room. Lastly, the road noise from the highway and the paper thin walls made it worse. Was hearing trucks and cars passing all night addition to the chatter from the room next door followed by snoring! We all woke up exhausted as we didn’t get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend this hotel as there are better options in the area. What’s the point of a hotel if you can’t get a proper nights rest!

The breakfast was okay (a little lacking with some items either not available or not put out with the rest of the food, like maple syrup). Also the toaster didn't work properly and when we trued toasting bread, it never came out of the chute in the back! A worker looked at it for us. Other than that it was great!

Booked this place to stay for 2 nights while attending my daughter’s college graduation. Place was ok nothing fancy but looked recently renovated. Upon arrival noticed only fan was working and no ac which we immediately brought to the stuff attention. Guy from the desk walked with us to check and he reassured us in 15 minutes it should be working. When we returned to the room late at night the ac unit was still not working. Next day in the morning with new crew at the desk I told them what happened and they said they are going to look into it. When I came back to the room in the late afternoon to get ready for my daughter’s graduation the room was steaming hot from the shower and humid weather which we had to open the window and crunk up the loud fan(forgot to mention the night before we had to sleep with laud fan on) . My husband called the desk asking what can be done and they said the technician called out. They knew we were busy and simply did not bother to help out. They offered water ( what we should do with the water? We were trying to cool off and be comfortable getting dressed up for the important occasion.they also offered to switch our room asking when we will get back, when I said we can do it now they quickly changed the narrative and said they are fully booked. I did not have time nor I wanted to argue as I was rushing to make to the graduation. Luckily when we got back to the room at night the unit started to work but also the weather cooldown from the rain.
