There was no elevator, there were no humans to ask help with, communication was not clearly established that it is a personless hotel, with no lifts. They overcharged me with the city taxes, which should be 10.92 in the receipt but they made me pay 22. It was an awful experience.

Was a great location, about a 20 minute walk from the train station or a bus stop right in front.
Its a huge spiral staircase to get to your floor, which wasn't an issue for us.
Didn't hear a thing from inside or outside except for on the last night whoever was above us had their alarm going for an hour straight, but we were getting up shortly anyways.
Very walkable to either side of the river, we took a bus a couple times and then just went on foot for everything else.
Storage lockers in the lobby were easy to use and of good size.
Would 100% recommend and can honestly say $ for $ didn't come across another option in Florence that made us reconsider.

Loved the apartment, excellent for four people, had two bathrooms, loved the area, wakable and many dinning options. The downside is wha had the top apartment 4th floor,,has no elevator. But overall, great experience.

There is a lot to unpack here, so here we go. The first experience was the online check in system, which was as a whole was horrible! It took me over โsixโโtimes resubmitting my personal information via the online website and went through four CSRs before my two rooms were finally completed โone dayโ before check in.
The second surprise was that the company took the money three days before we checked in! This was not according to their agreement, so this breach didnโt sit well with me. It make me feel that the company cared more about money before I even got there.
Another surprise was when we arrived at the hotel, there is NO ELEVATORS! So if you have luggage, you will need to haul it up to four flights of stairs! They did provide lockers on the first floor, but you still need to go down and retrieve your items. If you are with any physical disabilities, do not book this hotel.
In spite of this, the room was nice and there were some modern things like keyless entry that was good. However, there are too many shortcoming to overcome this visit.

Amazing
Amazing place! The location was perfectโeasily walkable to everything. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic blend of contemporary style and classic Florence charm. Customer support was responsive through the app, which was very convenient. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus for our long trip. This was our first time staying with Numa, and it certainly wonโt be our last!

Overall an excellent stay. Rooms and bathrooms very clean and spacious. Easy communication and steps to check in. Downside itโs noisy and hard to find parking around the building with the construction going on.

Poor air-conditioning and ants in the bed!
We arrived the apartment a very hot summers day in Florence.
Upon arrival the door to the apartment was wide open and the AC was off. The apartment and especially the attic was blazingly hot!
We turned on the AC and discovered that the AC didn't work properly and that the apartment couldn't cool down properly.
When going to bed we found ants between the bedsheets, which was quite disgusting!
Numa's customer service didn't provide us with any assistance nor discount for the stay.
The location however was brilliant but no more Numa stay for us ever again!
