The personnel was very nice and helpful. The individual room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms might need some work but nothing too bad. Overall a great place to stay in that area of Mexico city and will definitely consider staying with them again.

Great Value; Comfortable in a Good Location

The value for the money makes this a very good find. My room was a nice size and had windows that opened onto the street, which was nice. Towels cost extra, but considering the low price of the rooms and beds, I had no problem with that. The one thing I didn't love was that there was only one toilet in the shared bathroom for my entire floor, so if all rooms had been full there could have been a wait to use it. Overall, though, it's a good deal in a very good location.

Stayed here for a week and it suited me just fine. There’s a nice big fridge in the kitchen and it had the basic supplies. There was drinking water available in the kitchen and a towel supplied. The staff were lovely and a great location that was convenient. Lots of nice restaurants and cafes close by and only 10 minutes walk to the metro. I had a single room which had a comfortable twin bed, drawers for my things, a mirror and little lamp. It was mostly quiet except for a few times when people were chatting too late into the night in the common area but I just put ear plugs in and was fine. The only downside really is not enough toilets. There were 3 showers on the floor I was on but only 1 toilet and 1 sink. So sometimes I had to go to another floor if I couldn’t wait any longer. I would still stay there again. It was a great price and I enjoyed my week.

Awfull, never answer the phone, the room is close to the hall, then, the rommates estayed late. A lot of noise, I had to talk with the rommates to leave, I never been there again

The staff is very kind and the room was fine. The sheets and pillow cases had stains on them, which was not great to see. The bathroom upstairs does not have a functioning light, so using the bathroom at night is a mess. The shower area is always covered in people's hair and should be maintained better. There are no paper towels or hand towels for you to dry your hands with after washing them at the sink. This is a good value if you're okay with some discomfort. Again, the room was fine, but sleeping on stained sheets is not ideal. Staff was wonderful, but I would never stay here again.

La habitación no era la que yo había reservado, me dieron otra, al llegar se lo notifiqué a la chica que estaba en la recepción lo cual ella me comentó que estaba ocupada, siendo que yo había reservado con anticipación otra habitación, los baños están horribles, solo tienen una área para lavarse la cara o la boca y un solo baño lo cual complica la comodidad al menos tener otro baño estaría bien.

No volvería a hospedarme aquí.

La ubicación es buena. La cama es cómoda. Pero le falta un poco de limpieza a las regaderas. Dejo solo dos estrellas porque en los detalles de mi habitación antes de reservarla decía que la habitación contaba con baño y eso no es cierto. El baño es compartido pero eso no lo decía en la información. Las regaderas no están en buenas condiciones y no están limpias. No hay closet en la habitación ni ningún lugar para colgar algo, ni siquiera la toalla se puede colgar. La chica rubia fue muy grosera. La otra chica (morena delgada) fue amable.

La estancia, el lugar son buenos, el personal super amable y atento. Hubo un huésped que literalmente estaba bebiendo en la puerta del Hostal, mismo huésped que siempre tenia abierta la puerta de su habitación, pasaba por enfrente de las otras y si tenias la cortina un poco abierta se asomaba, hacia mucho ruido en los pasillos y en las noches también, el personal jamás le dijo algo sobre su conducta.

Lo único bueno del hotel son los empleados amables. El lugar no es como en las fotos ya que le hace falta mantenimiento y las habitaciones privadas no tienen baño, todos son compartidos y eso no se describe en la información. Las paredes son de tablaroca por lo que todo se escucha y no hay privacidad en ningún sentido. Para literalmente solo llegar a dormir está bien, pero no para descansar o pasar tiempo ahí. La ubicación es buena pero no volvería sobre todo porque no está descrito bien lo incluido.

La habitación estaba muy cómoda, linda y limpia, la atención fue excelente, mi autobus se adelantó y me hicieron el favor de guardar mis maletas hasta la hora del check-in, es un lugar muy silencioso y tranquilo, solo que los muros son de tablaroca y todo se escucha, le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento a las puertas y a las regaderas, pero en general estuvo muy bien, además de que esta cerca del metro y de algunos puntos turísticos.

Me encanto esta centrica hay muchos puestos de comida y restaurantes, hay policias cuidando la zona. El personal es exelente. Las habitación son muy bonitas para el precio. Hay agua caliente. El trasporte me encanto ya que hay varias opciones para ir a diferentes lugares. Solo hay excepción pero no es del hostel, si no de huespedes algunos no respetan la tranquilidad. Y un poco de limpieza no estaría mal. Yo si regresaria de nuevo.
