Great Staff
When we first arrived for our week long stay it was a little rough and had to change rooms due to our bed not being really clean. But after talking to Tamara at the front desk she was more than helpful to make our trip better. The next day i experienced watching how hard all the workers worked at their jobs and believe our one experience was just a fluke. Everyone from house keeping to food service was so pleasant and were always hustling. The one employee though i feel need to recognize though was Tamara. The entire week we would actually look forward walking into hotel after a day of sightseeing to tell Tamara about our day or just talk to her. You have a shinning star in that one! We will be back next month to stay again visiting our son who is in the Navy. Thank you to your entire staff!

Check-in was quick and easy. The room and lobby were clean and neat. Shower pressure was great. Location is good close to highway and many food and shopping nearby.

Pool "temporarily closed" our entire stay
Disappointed the pool was closed for our entire stay. When we checked it they said it would be open until 11pm at night. We came back to swim that evening and it was closed. It was also closed in the morning all the way up until when we checked out. There are a lot of other hotels in that area and we chose this one because of the indoor pool which we enjoyed when we stayed there last time. Staff were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was ok.

Not so good
The front desk was very friendly and enjoyable. The bathtub was less than favorable. It had yellow stains and small holes in the grout between the tiles. I stayed on the 3rd floor and loud thumping sound from the occupants directly above us was constant all night and early mornings. It was extremely irritating.

It was OK, place was clean but my coffee maker in room didnโt work and they had decaf coffee only. I am type of person that functions only with me coffee firstโฆlol Other than that staff was friendly.

Who let the dogs out?
This is a perfectly fine hotel, but it backs up to a marginal residential neighborhood. If you stay here, make sure you request an even numbered room for the front side of the builiding, and not the back. Otherwise, your alarm my be a dog at 5:45 a.m.

Unacceptable!
The night desk clerk was awesome. However, the day desk clerk was terrible. She was rude, LIED to my husband about checkout time, then lied to him again when he called corporate office to double check that she was incorrect about her information, she lied again. She was training a new employee and had no business training anyone else on how to do customer service. She was rude, unaccommodating, sprayed aerosol freshener around the breakfast food, lied to her customer, and refused to allow them to speak with management. Worst service ever. How is it there are people who are more than willing to do a great job and customer service, and waiting to have a job while this person is being paid to care less about the customers and company she represents?! Unacceptable.
