To save cost, the service provider decides to wash the bed cover, sheets and towels right at the checked out hotel room. This obviously prolonged the cleaning process. When we finally got in, the extra sheets and covers were thrown on the rack in the closet, unfolded. The biggest problem is the dishwasher. It was broken, and full of uncleaned dishes. Open the dishwasher and it smells. Nobody has informed us about this and nothing has been done to address this issue. There was no tissues or paper towels either in the room, with just some very little leftover by the previous user, and no fresh new supply. They did send in some new ones after we complain. There was a large balcony wraps around the unit, which should be a big plus for the unit however, it has no amenities, nor was it cleaned. As we do cook for ourselves, we were forced to clean the uncleaned dishes and knives from the broken dishwasher. When we complained about this and asked for a partial refund, the management just went stone cold on us. No answer whatsoever with our repeated inquiries. We were able to get something back through the hotels.com platform in the end, but the overall experience is pretty bad.
