I stayed 3 nights at Cleopatra Luxury Resort Sidi Heneish and absolutely loved it.
The beach was beautiful โ very clean, calm, and perfect for relaxing. The staff were super friendly and always helpful, which made the experience even better.
The food was excellent with great variety and quality at every meal. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtful.
Overall, it was a wonderful escape. Iโd definitely come back again!

It's not bad for a one-time experience. It is an okay resort, but you need a car to travel from your closest airport. The pricing for that hotel was super high, considering that it is a third-world country.
The room phone was down the whole trip, and it was always challenging to communicate with the staff. The standards for five hotel stars are on point from an amenity perspective, but staff needs to learn how to communicate and follow standards. I had to ask for towels repeatedly and the phone to be repaired. I also got zapped with electricity in the room from the light switch. I paid $630, and the friend paid only 9000 Egyptian pounds, which is equivalent to $189 for the same style room and same time frame. I feel robbed, but oh well
