I had an incredible experience at Hotel Casa Blanca Xilitla! The manager, along with his wife and the entire staff, were exceptionally kind and courteous throughout my stay. They truly went above and beyond to ensure that my comfort was their top priority. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. La atención de todos fue especial. Ninguna falla en ningún aspecto. El desayuno estaba muy rico, con mucha dedicación. Como era temporada baja hubo flexibilidad al hacer check out, nuy amables con eso. Hay que bajar las maletas al hacer check in y despues estacionarse en una calle paralela que está a menor altura.

En general muy bien, excelente servicio, muy limpio todo, el personal super amable y eficiente. La vista desde los cuartos es estupenda. Lo único es que no hay toalleros ni donde colgar la ropa. Lo comentamos con el personal y dicen que están trabajando en ello ya que no tiene mucho que inauguraron y pronto solucionarán el problema

Fantastic stay at Casablanca Hotel Xilitla

We had a fantastic stay at Casablaca. The staff and owners went above and beyond to make sure our stay was enjoyable. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. It is an easy 1 block walk to the main square. This is an excellent location to base out of to enjoy the Huasteca area. Dont mis Cascadas de Tamul!!!. Thank you again David, Mary Elena and your entire staff for letting us stay at your beautiful hotel. We will never forget how nice you were to us!!!
