Last minute stay, and it was passed 8pm with two littles or I would have left.
Hotel is literally falling down, with ceiling tiles gone and wires and pipes exposed. Cleanliness was just alright, no bed bugs to my knowledge however no one vacuumed our room FOR SURE.
I booked a king with a pullout sofa. Imagine my frustration when there was no bedding for the couch whatsoever, and when I called the front desk (four times) no one answered. The hotel is HUGE, while only two floors, it’s sprawling with three wings of rooms per floor. Myself and my two littles walk ALL the way down to the front desk to find no one. Attendant was eating dinner with friends/family in the lobby area; he proceeded to tell me, “oh you should have just called, this is the hotel number”. I explain I did call, four times and his eyes light up with, “oh! That’s because I was with a costumer”. Brings up bedding 20 min later without sheets or pillowcases. When he finally returns with sheets, after my calling downstairs again, he states, “I couldn’t find any pillowcases, I’m sorry”.
