On the beach but run down

On the beach. The beach is beautiful but has a lot of rocks. Close enough to walk to Carrizalillo. The reception is nice. The rest of the hotel is really run down and needs a renovation.

Not safe if you have kids younger than 7 years old. It’s by the beach, but to get there you must descend about 4 floors walking on a concrete ramp without rails that has a steep slope. Between the beach and the hotel there is a guest house not part of the hotel. The rooms say NO SMOKING, but when we got to our room the room was impregnated with cigarette smell. I opened all windows and doors for about 2 hours, after my head began to hurt, I made the only employee I saw up front aware of it; and he said he couldn’t do anything because I didn’t say it at arrival. After I pushed, he said he would speak to management and let me know, but did ask me if I had undone the beds already. We went out to dine, when we came back he did change our room and we got to rest, and we headed out the next morning. While the night, a couple were smoking weed at the pool area. The pictures of the pool make this place look kid friendly, or family oriented but it is not.

La habitación del hotel está cómoda, lo necesario para descansar , camas- almohada muy cómodaa, televisión smartv ,baño completo con excelente iluminación cuenta con agua caliente, clima mini Split y la vista es excelente al mar, la alberca es buena ya que no es muy profunda y cuenta con camastros. Solo en lo destacar habría q darle un poco más de mantenimiento a las áreas verdes, e iluminación para bajar a la playa.

La vista desde nuestro cuarto era muy bonita ya que se puede ver la playa coral, para bajar a la playa si se debe bajar caminando un buen tramo, el hotel cuenta con lo básico, tuvimos que rentar moto ya que muy cerca no hay tiendas o restaurantes por si tienes que comprar algo de emergencia. El personal muy amable. El restaurante del hotel solo está abierto para desayunos

Property lacks of maintenance, landscaping in very poor condition, pool is often cleaned, they have only 1 exterior shower to remove the sand and Waldron the beach and this shower was or is permanently broken. Not enough beach towels, they give white towels instead and warned us of 300 pesos fee if returned with stains. Reception is not much friendly except for a young lady.

La vdd es caro para lo q ofrecen… la recepcionista se le ve q ella misma se obliga en ser amable.. es un hotel viejo Te advierten q si ensucias las toallas con manchas difíciles te cobrarán $300 x cada una de multa pero el cuarto tenia una fuga q solo pusieron una cubeta… el control sin pilas la señal de internet es muy malo Insisto por el precio… noo es lo q uno espera
