Great location, with dining and shopping options nearby, and decent walking distance to main sightseeing locations. Staff is friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations are clean, comfortable and with great space. I will definitely recommend this location.

Check in is at the hotel a few doors down. Once you get inside the apartment hallway you feel like you're in a newly done hotel again. Location is great and we could walk to the places we needed to. We'd stay here again.

Don't be fooled by the lobby area of the building, the studio we had was nice and spacious. A nice stay for one night w/ lovely staff at the hotel next door. The area is ok. Lots of construction in front when we went and a number of restaurants. If you're looking for a place that's not touristy, this might be it.

Excellent welcome upon arrival. Staff drove our car to a garage while others led us to our room. Very clean, elegant, minimalist and spacious one bedroom. Central location. Subway to Linate airport located only steps from the property entrance. Excellent value for the price.

What a great stay - beautiful apartment (Spiga) in great area lots of food and shopping options as well as transport out front. Great check in via the Hotel and helpful staff. Everything was super from bed to kitchen to bath to aircon.

The area cannot be quiet as it is well in town. Walkable to the original "The Last Supper" mural. Walkable to main Milan shopping and tourist attractions. NOTE: Be very careful about getting to the location due to road work, a confused GPS and most importantly... phones not getting answered when you call the property. But once there, the service is great

A day in Milan to remember. Front desk was efficient, informative, and helpful at check in and check out. We stored our bags after checkout with no problems. Room was large with all the essentials - kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Nice setup. We could walk to all the major attractions.

Great location that was close to subway and walking distance to most sites. The apartment was spacious, modern, clean and had everything you need. The one downside is that it is a noisy neighborhood at night with a lot of activity, cars, yelling.

Only downside was the noise outside, woken at 4am to loud traffic and banging. Was not obvious about how to check in (you need to go to nearby hotel) and current roadworks made the property a little difficult to find. Interior great, excellent facilities and would use this as a base again

Love the apartment. Very modern and stylish, it really blends in the expectation of what Milan living is like. The area is nice and convenient, walkable to Duomo and shopping strips. Downside is that the check is a bit confusing, the apartment is managed by a hotel next to this building so to check in you must go to the hotel next door first then come back to the building to settle in. The floor of this apartment is shared with old apartments original in the building. When you go and open the door that is owned by Sant' Ambrogio, you can almost feel like being in a different building. It is well lit, clean and amazing. Really loved it, checking in is just confusing and a bit weird.

My only problem was the loud construction work taking place in the apartment immediately next door. There was loud banging when I arrived so I could not take a nap and then it started at 8am the next morning waking me up. Not ideal.

Apartment is nice but with an awkward entrance. Location is loud, lots of noises coming from people stamping on the side walk, people screaming or talking loud, cars with loud music, barking dogs. During my stay, I was not warned they were performing repairs, so the noise did not allow me to sleep past 7 am, workers stamping and scrapping materials from roof. Additionally, the entrance to the room was blocked off by workers who were extremely rude when I ask them to let me through to the room. The room phone did not work and was out of toilet paper and the help desk was confrontational because I asked if they would clean the room. They answered “ for 35 euros they would”, for which I was not made aware since every other hotel I have stayed in the last two weeks did daily cleaning and upkeep. Apartment was recently remodeled which made the stay bearable, definitely not the best location to relax. I would suggest this place is appropriate for business only related travel. Do not recommend for leisure.

Appartement moderne et bien placé dans la ville. Mais juste au dessus d’une boîte de nuit!!! Et avec une isolation phonique inexistante. Impossible de fermer l’œil avant 3:00 du matin de tout le weekend sans bouchons d’oreilles! Une honte à ce prix!

Our experience rating: Positive - The apartment is located near metro and bus station. 15 minutes walking distance from duomo. Spacious and clean. Modern design and comfortable. Nice and helpful personal. Negative - We had no instructions about WiFi. TV was broken and do not respond to remote control. The worst experience was when at 10pm we discovered that under us there is a night club. And till 2 am the music was so loud we could not sleep and it felt like we were downstairs. The table, chairs, glasses and plates were dancing in the rhythm of the bass. Till 2:30 am going to bed was a mirage. After this experience I can say that they cost half the price you pay, and for the inconvenience they shall give refund to the clients. After this experience I will hesitate to reserve accommodation with hotels.com. I want to attach a video I made that night but the system is only for photos…..

Spacious, Modern Apartment with Great Location

The room was really nice and spacious, very modern and super clean. It had a fridge, stove, dishes, a dishwasher, a spacious bathroom, a good air conditioning, a good shower, plenty of lights and windows. There were also blackout curtains operated by a button. The location was good: it was about a 15-minute walk to the Duomo, and there was a metro station nearby with a direct connection to Linate Airport. Very close by there was also another metro station with a 12-minute ride to Centrale Station, where, for example, all the bus tours depart from. So overall, the apartment was very good. The only downside is that if you’re a light sleeper or can’t sleep with earplugs, the windows of the apartment face a square where local teenagers unfortunately held parties and made noise every evening and early night. But otherwise, the apartment and location were excellent—we really liked it a lot.

Nära till mkt med en varning

Mycket fin lägenhet nära till allt. Dock en varning om att de inte informerar alls om pågående renoveringar I huset där alla lägenheter finns och detär mycket störande ljud från 08 och framåt... Borras och hamras otroligt högt! Något de inte alls tyckte de behövde informera om.
