Fantastic staff! Staff was nice to allow an early checkin by a couple of hours. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located to train station and bus stop. Getting to Venice was easy because of proximity to public transport. Breakfast was excellent with a great number of choices. Service was personalized as the hotel is small with a limited number of guests. Would recommend strongly and will stay here again, if we get a chance to visit Venice again.

Great place to stay outside of the main city, convenient options for bus and train transport to venice. Lot’s of mosquitos in September so definitely bring bug spray.

They offer inexpensive parking. The breakfast is really good. The bus stop to get into Venice is only a block away. They also sell bus tickets at the hotel front desk and give advice of how to navigate Venice and restaurant recommendations. This was very convenient. Will definitely recommend this place to stay when visiting Venice.

I wanted an inexpensive but nice place to stay for one night while in Venice. I always wanted to be within short walking distance from the Mestre train station. Hotel Cris was the perfect place! It was really easy to get to (near the train and bus into Venice) and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My room was small but had everything I needed. The breakfast spread was impressive!! Definitely recommend especially if you’re not looking for a fancy place but want to feel safe and welcome.

Great staff, good hotel

The staff are amazing, very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the bus and train station so only a short bus ride to Venice which the hotel staff had ticks for. Overall the hotel was nice the only things we didn’t like were the hard bed and lack of coffee/tea making in the room. Also, the shower space is quite small, and I’m not a large person. Otherwise it is a great hotel for small families.

Sobre a equipe, achei todo mundo muito simpático, desde a moça da recepção até a que trabalhava no café da manhã. Eu tentava sempre falar em italiano e elas me ajudavam muito. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal! Kaffee Americano leider nur Instantkaffee. ( Dopio und heißes Wasser bestellen 😉) Lage ist gut da man gleich an der Bushaltestelle nach Venedig ist. Unbedingt den Parkplatz dazu buchen.

Nice Hotel with convenient access to Venice. Bus stop with bus route to Venice was around the corner from the hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants around the hotel. Our room was a bit small but very nice with a comfortable bed. Nice breakfast was included and hotel price. Gated parking was provided for an extra fee. Overall an excellent place to stay for exploring Venice.
