4/10 Fair

All hotels were sold out…. influx of construction workers needing a place to sleep, so w were told. Anyways, we went to Holiday Inn but they were sold out. The front desk called 4-5 other than establishments but sold outfor us, but all sold out but one; and she just shook her head, as it to say, beware.

2/10 Poor

Did not stay. Had a bad smell through out the motel. The elevator smelled of grease or oil and didnt feel safe. Did not like the atmosphere of the place.

This hotel was very misrepresented online.

8/10 Very good

Room was clean, friendly staff, ok location.

6/10 Good

key didn't work in closest outside door, next closest door was blocked open. bathroom door didn't close. room had no bad odor like hallways did. elevator was very smelly and dirty. minimal noise noted in room.

2/10 Poor

Door lock didn’t work properly. We were shown in order to open the room door the last step was to kick the bottom of the door! Seriously! Room wasn’t made up properly. Two clean wash cloths was it. Bed not made, trash cans not emptied, no water cups…
Orrin, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

Not the worst place I’ve stayed.

2/10 Poor

Our first room wasn’t cleaned at all when we arrived, when we got a new room, our keys didn’t work. Not a single member of staff during our stay spoke English. When we got to our second room, our AC unit was disgusting, our tv didn’t work, sheets were stained, and the box spring was covered in brown stains. The entire hotel had an odor that smelled like feces, and the lobby smelled like cigarettes.

The staff was friendly. The place was ran down and old, which would be fine, but the smell and cleanliness of the room was not. The smell when we opened the door to our room was horrible. I almost gagged. Even after letting the room air out all evening and night, it was still horrible(I even sprayed air freshener)

Breakfast, didn’t eat. Looked extremely and barely basic. No back on tv remote, couldn't read remote buttons, worn off. Room darkening curtain, but not completely hung up. Enough to keep light out. Only dead bolt, no chain on door. Bedding was clean. Very small pillows. Bathroom...looked clean, but you soaked your feet, up to ankles when you took a shower. Sink same, drained very, very, very slow. Towel i used had small stain, but had been washed. Very dark outside when i arrived. I grew up there and remember when it was built and know exactly where it is, yet I drove by it as i I was looking around (10p.m.). Hit the grade school about 6 blocks away and realized i had to turn around. Stayed there 12 years ago and was still okay. Definitely not what it used to be and will not stay there again even for the lower price. Disappointing to say the least.

6/10 Good

I would pay an extra $20 to go somewhere else, the train horns were excruciating, the air-conditioning unit decibel level was higher than an AC/DC concert, and not to judge, but the clientele was very interesting. I would not stay there again. It really is disappointing when the ownership is not willing to upgrade and put some money into their facilities.

Many of the outlets in the room didn’t work. Light switches didn’t work. It is a last-resort situation in Aberdeen.
Raymond, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Very friendly and understanding staff. Professional and curtious.
Tom, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The elevator was broke. The breakfast was coffee, cold cereal or toaster waffle. There were pallets on floor in lobby upon arrival. You should disclose that property is in restoration process
Robin, 3-night trip

When I was running water for the tub, there was some type of metal type dirt. That was the tub disgusting. There was tile coming from the side of the tub where I could see behind the tile or baseboards. It was not a very clean or maintained bathroom at all.

I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't have any other options.

8/10 Very good

Very quiet except for 2nd night when fire dept woke everyone up at 330am trying to find a guest with a medical energency.
Shari, 3-night trip

6/10 Good

The ad on Expedia doesn’t mention the train tracks directly across side street. Continental breakfast past Sunday had same box donuts leftover from Saturday morning
Sharon, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Hotel was filthy. TV worked intermittently. Breakfast was 6-10, by 7 everything was gone except dry cereal. Every day. Tub drain was clogged, never fixed. Calling it a dump would be an understatement

6/10 Good

Orange/apple juice not working, but no sign for that, so each person who came to "breakfast' had to try it. Staff blamed Pepsi whom they said had been unresponsive for "WeeKS" Reported light bulb out in bathroom. Staff just looked blankly and did not write in down.
Judy, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Moldy, uncomfortable, smokey. Poorly maintained and cleaned.
Lynne, 3-night trip

Unsafe

Many of the outlets in the room did not work. Cleaning staff attempted to enter my room hours before check out. The room smelled damp and mildewy. If there has been other hotels with vacancy I would have left.
Hannah, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

The price point around half of what the Marriott and Hilton Hotels charge compared to this one seemingly fit the bill. It took two days for staff to actually get me a tv that works, never mind that I never did get cable working. In addition 3 of 4 lamps were not working, and the fridge died overnight. 5 day stay, since checked out but I’m still waiting for additional pillows from the front desk. Don’t bother using the hotel room phone, no one answers. While the hotel says no smoking, maybe that wasn’t enforced until 2022 because it sure smells like it. Parking lot - lots of odd characters, trash everywhere, not one space feels fully safe to park. Bathroom - remember this ain’t the Hampton Inn. If you’re over 6’ tall good luck standing in the shower. And don’t worry, the spots on the tile outside the shower, or the spots under the sink were always there, no need to worry. Bedding - at least the bed was soft, and it was odd that only the morning of check out did I see the blood spots on the main blanket over the bed. Fun times!!
