Great Option with easy Access to city

Lovely place to stay. Has an on site restaurant and easy access via a tram stop at effectively their front door makes for easy access to the city. Wished I had booked here first versus a pricy hotel near the train station.

Clean and very comfortable bed. However the towels are old and realy outdated . Needs to have bathroom supllies plus no grabage containers. Other then these, it was great room and spent a very comfortable night in this hotel.

Ended up not staying here, it was very far away from everything in the city, instead we stayed at the H+H Hotel SAlzburg, they showed the hotel as if it was centric and it was far away from all the attractions.

Worth a stay

Overall, the hotel was good. Our only complaint was the room was too warm for our liking. We asked the front desk to allow us to cool the room a little more and we were told that they couldn't change the temp. We like it 20⁰ C, the room could only go to 24⁰ C I believe. The staff was very friendly and seemed like they would have helped if they could have. Hotel was clean and in a good location.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. My only complaint is that I was in a room facing the street. A festival, think Oktoberfest type, was ongoing just at the end of the street. The street noise was very loud as lots of people were walking to the festival, as well as cars driving by. This lasted until late at night. The a/c had not been turned on yet, so I had to keep the window open for air, so the noise was a big issue.

Bel hôtel, chambre familiale agréable, literie du lit principal parfaite, le tout avec un design industriel sympa. Petit déjeuner tres varié et qualitatif ! Seul bemol le quartier assez isolé pour dîner et loin des magnifiques batisses de la vieille ville. Les tarifs restent tres élevés mais ce sont les prix a Salzbourg apriori 😉

Decent hotel for the price point

Stayed here with my family. Appreciated the larger room size and the price point, but the room and hallways were carpeted with very old, worn dusty carpet. No hot water kettles in the room, which is atypical in Austria. The mini-fridge didn’t seem to keep our food very cold. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel, so easy to get to other parts of Salzburg. Remember to ask the front desk to print a free transport voucher, valid for all travel within Salzburg province (even on regional trains)
