Came here for the weekend, and honestly we were really disappointed with this place. Right off the bat, we didn’t receive check-in instructions, when I called the management the man who answered was extremely rude and unhelpful, and told me i should’ve received them already. After, when I went to check my email to see if I had them, the instructions had been sent after the phone call ended….. It was a terrible first impression of the property, but definitely an accurate one. To put it simply, the place is gross, it’s falling apart in some places and it’s generally pretty unclean. the stairs and railing to get upstairs are like, genuinely structurally unsound, and the walls are filthy. Our room was much different from the photos we had seen on Expedia, and honestly pretty unclean— stains on the walls, cobwebs everywhere, and a footprint on the ceiling? We were constantly battling spiders, and, when asked by the concierge via Expedia if we were in need of anything, we asked if we could get an extra towel (there was only one given to us for the room), and extra toilet paper, and were denied both. on the morning of our check out, i woke up and got ready, only to realize one of our pillows had a big yellow stain on it, and decided i didn’t even want to know what it was. the place is not like the photos, the only good part was the accessibility of transit and the easy walkability from the hotel to other places nearby.
