Stayed in family room which was great , bathroom definitely needs a refurb but was functional. We were checked in by a lovely lady with long blonde hair( sorry didn’t catch her name ) who had excellent social skills and was very good and very efficient at her job unfortunately other members of staff weren’t so friendly and didn’t seem to be enjoying their work which reflected in their body language and less than friendly attitude. Breakfast was good and hotel has a lovely outside area to eat and drink

I received a really warm welcome. The hotel even changed my room so I could have a bath. The pub downstairs has a nice atmosphere. As you have to expect from an old building above a pub, you do get a little noise from the other rooms. Overall, excellent value for money and would stay again.

Lovely stay, room was clean and warm, bed was really comfy. We were doing the 3 peaks the and they happily made us a breakfast tray for the morning as we were up early to get going. Staff very friendly and breakfast the last day was delicious with lots of variety. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

We booked a room as a night away after a visit to Malham Cove. We were really appreciative of the fantastic staff that couldn’t be more helpful and attentive. The room itself was gorgeous, the bathroom was fine but lacked the finish of the room. Brilliant bed, super quiet and breakfast was stunning. Plus, Patch the dog was very friendly and kept us company while we had dinner. ☺️
