I feel itโs important to share how disappointed we are with our stay. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like the wonderful experience we had here previously.
Every single day we encountered issues with valet. Two days in a row, our car was misplaced due to the wrong ticket number being assigned, and each time we waited over 40 minutesโmaking us late to dinner and even causing us to miss part of a family parasailing excursion. Each time we asked for an update, staff seemed dismissive, even rolling their eyes and telling us to โbe patientโ rather than helping resolve the issue.
Beyond that, the room did not meet expectations. It felt poorly maintained and not very clean. There was a large stain on the couch, and every time we used the sink in either bathroom, it made a loud, high-pitched noise. Even the woman who helped us at check-in was cold and unfriendly, setting the tone for what unfortunately continued throughout our stay.
Whatโs most disappointing is that we returned because our last visit was truly magicalโvalet was efficient, the concierge remembered our names and made our children feel so special, and the room was spotless and beautiful. That experience is what made us choose this hotel to celebrate our daughterโs graduation, and we even brought six additional family members with us, raving about how worth it the cost would be.
Sadly, not only was our experience lacking, but theirs was too. Itโs incredibly disappointing to see the decline in service
