after checking in, we noticed a few "sketchy people" around the hotel. but we were tired and its near the airport, so be it..
the next day after resting we found roaches in the room and there was one crawling across the bed...Gross!! we gave hotels.com the pics.
so we checked out and complained to the hotel staff and they said they would tell management.
we picked this hotel for the location and for having a swimming pool which was not in working order.
They should have informed the booking company that the pool was in dis-repair and not usable, but didn't.
Now they refuse to credit my account or reimburse for the days not used, we booked 5 days and paid for them upfront..
Hotels .com people did a great job trying to rectify this problem but did not succeed.
We booked another hotel a few miles away and are satisfied .
Baymont/wyndham has disappointed me for the first time

Worst stay ever !
Rooms had roaches , it took 5 hours to get towels & rags after check in. The Tv didnโt work didnโt get a new one till the next day itโs only 6 channels NOTHING for kids to watch on there . The room door washer sealed correctly so it would not stay cool on one side . FLOORS ARE DIRTY sheets had stains The beds was the BEST thing about the room most comfortable beds ever!! Breakfast was a joke & the pool wasnโt open 1/10 would recommend unless you literally just need to sleep for the night & keep going.

My original check-in date was June 12, 2025. Earlier this morning, I was told that no one can stay in 1 room for more than 21 days and I would need to move rooms. I've been in this same room for 29 consecutive days so that's a lie. I believe Management is trying to make me leave because I have been complaining about the Supervisor attempting to come in my room Unannounced on July 4th 2025. I called the front desk immediately after she did. I asked to speak with the manager but was told she wasn't in. Ironically the housekeeper said that she was. After realizing that my call wasn't taken seriously. I went to the front desk and repeated my issue, that the Supervisor of Housekeeping had attempted to come into my room and that the deadbolt was locked so I also needed the maintenance guy to fixy lock because this was the 2nd time that my door has been opened while the lock was on. On Tues July 6, 2025 I approached the maintenance guy myself because management didn't take my grievances seriously and asked him if he could fix my lock because my door had been opened twice with the deadbolt locked. He informed me that they have a master key that overrides all locks! This is a safety concern!! Since then, they have opened my door 3 additional times while I've been sleep and getting dressed for work!
I never signed nor was I told about a 21 day room moving clause. I know my rights and it won't be as easy as they assume. I'm here to avoid homelessness but please be cautious when booking

Check in was fine.
The room appearance wise was set up nice.
The water didnt get hot
The rail in front of my door (137) was broken and lose (which was a problem considering im traveling with an autistic child)
There was stains on one of the beds and because it was so late we all just slept in 1 bed.

The shower glass was not clean. It had scum on it. The floors were dirty. The was no floor towel in bathroom. No floor mat by door to clean shoes before going in room.

For having a party of five, I really liked having the double room with two bathrooms and two TVs. What I didn't care for was that there were no washcloths provided, however body wash was. Kinda hard to use bodywash without a washcloth. And the floors were extremally dirty. My two small children would run around the rooms with no shoes and their feet were black! Then try to keep them from climbing on the white bed. Not good.

piss poor
called and called for 2 hours trying to tell them we was running late finally got ahold of someone and they said they would note the account and got there at 5am bo room so since i booked w hotels.com they said i had to call them to get them to reinstate the reservation then i would be good so i did just that when i haf my 5 year old and 7 month old and had just drove 14 hours to finally be called back my hotels to say they asked them to reinstate and they would not i had. 7 days reservation and now had 0 days couldnโt find a hotel had to drive to daytona!
