This hotel has good location because it's close to Hoan Kiem Lake, but it needs more renovation. I also think the staffs should care about customers a little bit more. They didn't say anything and just looked at my face when I passed reception several times.
I had to catch a huge cockroach and the sheets were not clean with tiny fast moving bugs. The room was not cleaned properly with dust everywhere and sheets unchanged.
We booked 2 single beds room but they changed one double bed without any information.
When I requested 2 single beds room they made continuous big favor to stay double bed room and I sent a e-mail to hotels.com and then they finally changed my room to 2 single beds room.
