Amazing place

This place is fantastic. The location, condition, staff, etc. were all perfect. Due to an emergency, we needed to open the lock on our suitcase, and a hotel employee not only brought tools but also personally helped us. The continuous attention and answers to questions were fabulous. We'll definitely stay here next time in Madrid. Congratulations!

I liked the community and location outside of the centre of the city. Major areas were just a metro ride away. Everything you could possible need was already available in the unit, including a washing machine and a drying rack. Bed was very comfortable! Communication was immediate.
