Everything was great! The only complaint I have was the air was leaking water onto the carpet and I did let the front desk know! The pool was closed but we didnโt know until we got there, but there were games to play to keep the kids occupied. Other than that it was good!

Choose another hotel in the area.
Gurgling sink, toilet spurted water, only VERY HOT water in the shower. Looked like the property was being upgraded, pool was closed and patio was in disarray. Hopefully they are doing a major upgrade. It was very nice to have a shuttle to the airport, but the driver was not friendly or courteous.

It was fine but $$$$
Room was spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable! Mattress was set on a platform that slid the matress whenever you sat on it. No free breakfast whatsoever. My son paid $15 for a cereal grab n go, milk and an orange! Then they charge $25/night to park!!

The place was good but the lady who cashiered me for some snacks I bought wasnโt only unfriendly but didnโt want to ring me and print a receipt after I paid cash. Hmmm.

Horrible experience.
Horrible experience. I flew in from Texas only to land and to find out that they canceled my reservation last minute extremely dissatisfied and most likely wonโt ever be using this site ever again.

First and last time in Philadelphia
My room was for 3 nights, 2 adults, 1 room,1 King Bed, Non Smoking. Upon arrival I was give an ADA Handicapped room which was not on my confirmation. I explained to the desk that I am recoving from a back injury and the bed as extremely low to the ground. I was not offered any options the 3 nights I was there nor was I given any conpensation. I tried every night to get a different room and was told every night that it was booked even though they did not even look in the computer to check.

Atendente do turno da tarde nao tem a menor condiรงao de trabalhar nesse hotel, grosseira. Fui muito mal acolhido, nunca mais! Recomendo que nao se hospedem no hotel. Para completar esqueci uma coisa no quarto, ja liguei 5x e ninguem resolve, hotel horrivel

We took a trip to Philly to see a concert, and we arrived at the hotel early. The front staff was curt and refused to allow us to check in earlier than 3pm, and her attitude was dismissive and rude. When she did allow us to check in, she tossed the room key over the counter to me, and didn't look at me, it was very uncomfortable. The room was dingy and some of the furniture was very old and breaking (you couldn't sit in the chair in the room), the toilet paper holder was broken; the lights didn't work consistently.
But the MAJOR issue we had, aside from everything else, was the license plate on our vehicle was STOLEN from the parking lot. Management has not returned our many calls as of yet, the staff was less than helpful in contacting police so we could file a report. Oh and it costs $25 to park in their lot. Overall, it wasn't worth the little bit of money we "saved" because it's going to cost us $200 to replace the license plate. Not satisfied with this stay at all.

Staff was great...Food and beverage options were poor. The whimsical nature and look of the lobby and bar area is terrible. Room was large and comfortable. Bathroom amenities are very nice.

The bartender in the lobby was using the lounge as her personal living room. Her kids were running around climbing all over the furniture and railings. Which i dont really mind but not very professional in that setting. The bartender was also sick, sniffling and blowing her nose and sneezing all over the table she was at. The worst was she was walking around barefoot and there was pair of socks just laying on the floor in the middle of the bar. I watched walk by them several times. It was off putting to say the least. Also the refrigerator was unplugged also not a big deal but when i pulled it out to plug it in the floor had not been sweep under or behind in quite some time. Food crumbs and dust. Also not great made me question the general cleanliness of the hotel. Frontdesk person was very friendly and welcoming though.
