Super great stay. The staff were very nice and you couldn’t ask for a better location right in the middle of central historico. The included breakfast is a little difficult to get to but it’s well worth it.

Nice, clean room. Helpful staff. Right in the middle of it all-which means it was not quiet. Parking is difficult to find and figure out without internet connection. Breakfast had many options.

Amazing hotel and staff!

The one downside was no elevator, which was a concern for my 85 year old mother. However, the staff were phenomenal in how they moved us to lower area, and helped her at all times as she worked the steps. Central location, easy to access everything. All staff were wonderful. The windows are double-paned, so the street noise wasn’t too bad. But if you are staying in any hotel in the central area, traffic noise will happen. So, if that’s an issue, don’t stay in the centro histórico zone. I definitely recommend this hotel to others - I would easily stay there again in the future.

If you are staying here it’s bc you will not be in the hotel much. No a/c and the fan that is in the room does nothing. It was so hot in the room that I almost left . I was staying in the terrace side , which is in the 3rd floor , no elevator . We could not open the windows due to big roaches being outside . The rooms are clean enough and staff was friendly. Breakfast is in another close by hotel. This is more of a 2 star hotel to young folks who are there to party .

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y bien unicado, pero no tiene estacionamiento y tienes que pagar pensión 300 pesos aprox. Me robaron mi neceser con mis cosas personales, como cepillo de dientes etc, fue en la habitación el último día o en la recepción, ahí dejamos las maletas como una media hora mientras recogíamos el auto de la pensión
