The room was clean. The staff were polite, always holding elevator doors & always available. The snacks downstairs were awesome. The hotel was immaculately placed as it was in the middle of everything. The water pressure, oh man the water pressure was so amazing. Happy to see a hotel with very clean rugs. For the simple room thay I had, my room was on the 30th floor & provided me with an amazing view.
Unfortunately the hotel is located across the way from a school. So if you try to get air in the room at night, in the morning you're going to hear school chants & kids.

Overall was great, near to iconic places, malls nearby, multiple dining options, would definitely come back. The staff were great, the housekeepers are so nice, the butlers were great. We never told the staff that it was my friend’s bday too, but they probably checked the passports and found out and they provided a gift when we came back, it was so sweet.
