Nice hotel, generally good service and clean rooms. BUT breakfast service was chaotic, tables not cleaned, no crockery available and staff running around like headless chickens achieving nothing.

Great hotel while visiting National Space Centre
We had such a fantastic stay at Leonardo hotels! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome, thanks to the wonderful staff. We had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Alex, who went above and beyond. He took the time to talk with us, ensuring we were well looked after, and his friendly and warm demeanor made us feel incredibly valued. A standout moment was when he generously offered a free breakfast to our two guests who came to visit.
The exceptional service didn't stop there. At breakfast, we were helped by Daniel, who was not only very kind but also incredibly hard-working. In fact, all the staff members were wonderful and friendly. We're so used to impersonal service these days, so it was a genuine treat to be received with such warmth. We'll definitely be returning to Leonardo hotels after this wonderful experience.

Excellent experience
Throughly enjoyed my stay here from the ease of checking in to leaving, the whole experience was excellent. The room was clean spacious and welcoming with all the amenities I needed. I ate in the restaurant on both nights and found the food to be excellent and reasonably priced with friendly efficient staff. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldnโt hesitate to recommend this hotel in the future.

Surprisingly cheap
Stayed for two night's at the Leonardo for work. Surprisingly quite cheap for a very nice, clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and smarty turned out. Restaurant was clean and food was excellent.

Excellent place to stay but a long way from the room to reception,porter needed.Aircon kept switching off.Dirty floor in breakfast area,no one cleaned mess from floor so bad health and safety.

Lack of staff manners and customer service
It was Just Ok, reception and some staff could have been more friendly, sour faces or completely ignored by majority of staff. Example; 1)asked for boom gate exit code after it being open the previous day, handed me the code without even looking up, just bad manners.2) passed several staff around the hotel and not responding in any way after wishing them "Good Morning "
3) Bar staff, not a smile or welcome at dinner.
these customer interactions make a difference.
