Avoid until they improve their check in process
The property itself was nice. However it was overshadowed by the check in process and communication with the property manager.
It is not clear from the listing that ID and card details are required before check in (the listing suggests itโs at the time of check in, which is common). You will receive an automated message on booking asking for ID and card details at your convenience. It is not possible to send ID details on Hotels.com and it strictly tells you not to send card details. You will not receive any further communication from the property.
The number provided on Hotels.com does not work. You have to get the number by searching the apartment name on Google. I called and asked why I had not received any info about check in and was informed it was because I hadnโt sent ID and card details. I said that I could not provide them and the managerโs immediate response was, โwell then you canโt check in.โ I explained the limitations of Hotels.com messaging and was provided with an email to send the ID to and was told I could pay the deposit over the phone. The manager then proceeded to get annoyed with me as I got my card details as there were people she was waiting to serve. I had to call back so she could deal with other people. Check in information was only provided nine minutes before I was able to check in.
The property has an almost non existent check in process and the property manager was rude and dismissive when I tried to check in. Avoid for those reasons.
